Sound familiar?

Your numbers are everywhere. Your picture is nowhere.

Weights in one app, bloods in a PDF, doses in a spreadsheet, dates in your head. Serious training deserves a proper record.

How it works

Three steps. Under a minute.

No setup wizard, no questionnaire, no card. Create an account, log something, and the rest fills itself in.

1

Create an anonymous account

Email and password. We hand you a random username — no real name, ever.

2

Log what matters to you

Weight, measurements, bloods, protocol, how you feel — or import the spreadsheet you already have.

3

See it all lined up

Charts, timeline, calendar and change-since-last-test appear on their own. Export or share whenever you like.

See inside

Every screen. Nothing hidden.

This is the real interface — shown here with demo data. Click through the tabs, or sit back and it will tour itself.

Dashboard

Your whole day on one page

Open the app and today’s plan is already there, pre-ticked. Took the morning one in the evening instead? One arrow moves it to the other half of the day. Charts and your protocol timeline build themselves from whatever you log.

  • Untick what you missed — nothing else to do
  • One arrow moves a dose to the other half of the day
  • Protocol timeline drawn from your cycles
  • Tomorrow’s plan always one glance away

Why it sticks

Built around how you actually train

Protocols

Every phase. One timeline.

TRT and blast phases share a single timeline, so you can see what was running and when. Change an amount and the previous one stays in your history, dated.

  • Dose, time of day and frequency per item
  • Weekly totals that add themselves up
  • Mark a missed dose in one tap

Lined up. Never judged.

Enter your results exactly as the lab printed them. See each one charted over time and compared numerically with your last test. We show the lab’s own reference range as printed — and never add a verdict of our own.

Apps

Today’s protocol, on your desktop and in your pocket

A Windows desktop widget and an Android app show exactly what’s on your protocol today — morning, evening and any time. Everything is assumed taken; untick what you missed, or move a dose to the other half of the day with one arrow, and it’s saved straight to your dashboard. Log from the app too, and get a nudge twice a day if you want one.

  • Windows: resize it, pin it on top, blur it with one shortcut
  • Android: tick off today, and back-log up to 31 days
  • Log a one-off dose, your weight, blood pressure, daily diary and erection check-ins from the app. Saved on the device and sent later if you’re offline
  • Read and write your encrypted notes
  • The apps tell you when a newer version is available
  • Two optional daily reminders at times you choose, with no doses or health details in the notification
  • App lock: unlock with your fingerprint or face (where your phone supports it) or a 6-digit PIN. It locks itself after a time you choose
  • Five wrong PINs and the app signs out and wipes its data from that device. Your account on this site is untouched
  • On Android, screenshots and the recent-apps preview are blocked, so your health data stays off the screen
  • Linked with a private token you can revoke any time, stored encrypted on your device

Both link to your account with a token from Profile → Desktop widget; tick Allow logging and Allow notes to use those tabs. Part of the paid plans (free during early access).

Install notes

Windows (about 80 MB): run the installer. It isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” — choose More info, then Run anyway.

Android (about 4 MB, beta): it isn’t on Google Play yet, so you install the file directly. Open the download and allow “install unknown apps” for your browser when asked. Play Protect may warn about an unrecognised app.

Neither app stores anything in plain text, and both only talk to this site over HTTPS. Turn on the app lock in each app’s settings. If you forget your PIN you sign out and link the app again with a new token; nothing on the site is lost.

Privacy first

Built so there’s less to leak

The safest data is data that never existed. So we collect as little as possible — and lock away what we do keep.

Questions

Before you sign up

Is it really free?
During early access, yes — everything is free while we’re in beta and ironing out bugs. When paid plans start, a free plan stays available for the core logging, and the plans section on this page shows exactly what each one includes. Nothing you’ve logged is ever deleted because of a limit.
Does it tell me what to take, or what my results mean?
No, and it never will. BodybuildingTracker is a personal logging tool: it stores and shows exactly what you enter. It doesn’t score, flag, interpret or advise, and it isn’t a substitute for a doctor. It’s for adults (18+).
Do I have to give my real name?
No. You register with an email and password, and we assign a random username. There’s no name field, no progress photos and no workout logging.
Who can see what I log?
You. Everything you type is stored encrypted at rest. Sharing is something you choose to switch on, it only gives people with your private link a read-only view, and you can turn it off or regenerate the link whenever you like.
Can I get my data out — or delete it?
Yes to both. Download everything as CSV files in a single zip at any time, on any plan, or delete your account and data from your profile.
I already have a spreadsheet. Can I bring it?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns to ours, preview every row and confirm. Example files are provided so you know what the columns should look like.
Is there a mobile app?
The site works in any browser on your phone, tablet and computer, so there’s nothing you have to install. There’s also a Windows desktop widget and an Android app (a beta you install directly — it isn’t on Google Play yet). They show today’s protocol and let you untick what you missed, and they also let you log your weight, blood pressure, daily diary, erection check-ins and a one-off dose, read and write your notes, and set two daily reminders. Both can be locked with a PIN, and the Android app also unlocks with your fingerprint or face. They’re part of the paid plans and free during early access; the downloads are in the Apps section above.
How is my account protected?
Every account uses two-step sign-in: after your password you enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, and you get one-time recovery codes in case you lose it. You can choose to trust a browser for 14 days so you aren’t asked every time. What you log is also encrypted at rest. The Windows and Android apps have their own lock: a 6-digit PIN, plus fingerprint or face unlock on Android, an automatic lock after a time you choose, and an option to wipe the app after five wrong PINs. If a phone or PC is lost, one button on your profile page signs every app out.
Can I track libido and erection quality?
Yes. The daily diary has a libido rating (alongside mood, irritability and tiredness), and you can log up to four fixed erection check-ins a day. Every choice has a fixed description so the numbers mean the same thing each time. They’re a plain record of what you tell the app; nothing is scored, flagged or interpreted. There’s more on the TRT tracking page.
What can I log?
Whatever you choose to record: your weight, tape measurements, blood pressure, bloodwork results, a protocol (name, amount, time of day, frequency), injection sites, a daily diary and erection check-ins, and free-text notes. It records what you enter and nothing more.
